Consent V2 and DMA ( March 2024)
Due to recent updates, The DMA law mandates gatekeepers to ensure websites and/or companies using their services to collect, manage, and record user consent in a transparent and user-friendly manner. Therfore we have aligned ourselves to use a Google appointed CMP, from www.cmppartnerprogram.withgoogle.com, and are currently using a CMP approved vendor Complianz.
With our CMP partnership, using Consent Mode is now active. Complianz manages our consent banners and directs the consent management process which begins when you land on our website and makes a consent choice on our CMP approved banner. The CMP then communicates that choice to the Google tag via Consent Mode, and the tag adjusts its behavior accordingly, always ensuring your privacy is in allignment with the DMA, as regulated March 2024.
